• This application is for vendors who will be selling food items to be consumed during the festival.
• 10x12 spaces are rented to vendors at a cost of $50, free if certain conditions are met (see application). Extra spaces are $25. Electricity is an extra $20.
• Decatur County Health Department  will issue permits for a cost of $30, pay directly to Health Department (see application).
• Mail application and payment to Parsons Peavine Festival, P.O. Box 128, Parsons TN 38363.
• Application does not guarantee acceptance. If you are not accepted, your rental cost will be refunded.
• All vendors are required to set up before 9:00am Friday Sept 17 and must stay open the entire festival.

Food vendor applications must be received by September 1, 2010.
